Our Rates
From 1st January - 28th February we charge £80 per night for a double room. Single occupancy is £60 per night.
From 1st March - 20th December a double room is £90 per night. Single occupancy is £70 per night.
The above prices are for a minimum of two nights. An extra charge of £10 per room will be levied for one night bookings. We are unable to accept cards as a means of payment. Please note at Easter and Bank Holidays the double room rate is £100 per night. Single occupancy is £80 per night. At weekends and Bank Holidays the minimum booking is for two nights.
Fancy a fun day by the sea?
We have a Beach Hut at Wells next the Sea available to hire for £25 per day. Just call us in advance to book.
Large group?
No problem. Groups of up to 10 can be accommodated together with our neighbours at Cornflake Barn.
